We’re truly sorry if your Lashkara Jewels experience wasn’t as sparkly as you hoped. We believe in making things right, and that's why we offer an easy-breezy return and refund policy.

Here’s the lowdown:

• Oops, I got the wrong thing! If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong piece, don’t worry, your fairy godmother (aka our customer support) is here! Just send us an unboxing video ( email or whatsapp or call) within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll wave our magic wand and exchange it for the right piece or refund your money.

• Changed your mind? Happens to the best of us! You can return your piece for any reason within 5 days of delivery. Just remember, there's a small shipping fee of ₹100 to cover the cost of the return journey.

• How long will it take to get my money back? Don't fret, your money is on its way! Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll initiate your refund within 2-3 working days.
